2018-19 Early Bird Registration

Get ready for another year of unleashing your inner G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader), Girl Scouts, and register early! Early Bird Registration and Renewal will start April 1st and end May 15th for the 2019 membership year at Girl Scouts—North Carolina Coastal Pines.

Here are the top 3 reasons to register early:

  1. Early Bird Incentives

We have some cool perks for troops that register early:

    • Girls receive a free 2019 Early Bird patch.
    • Troops will receive a $15 virtual card that can be used in the Council shop or at Council-sponsored trainings/activities.
    • Renewed co-leaders will receive a cute custom GS-NCCP bag.
    • Troops will also be entered into a drawing to receive a $250.00 prize! Three troops will be drawn.

To receive these awesome perks, troops must renew a minimum of 5 girls and 2 adults before May 15th. Troops that renew fewer than that as well as Girl Scout Juliettes will still receive the 2019 Early Bird patch.

  1. Seamless Access to the Volunteer Toolkit

Troops get to start preparing early with access to the Volunteer Toolkit, allowing more time to plan next year’s fun! With the Volunteer Toolkit, leaders can access numerous resources with continual program updates. Girl Scouts love to be prepared, and nothing is better for that than the Volunteer Toolkit!

  1. Confirm girl and adult participation

Early renewal gives troops plenty of time to figure out which girls will and will not be returning in 2019. If you have open spots and let us know, we can add your troop meetings to our online calendar so that girls looking to join know there is a troop for them! You will also know if you need to recruit additional adult volunteers!

Prepare your troop to hit the ground running in the fall and register today!
