Beginning Monday, July 6th, we are excited to welcome our Girl Scouts back into our retail shops on a limited, by appointment basis! Our shops will continue to stock your Girl Scout uniforms, earned badges, Girl Guides, journey books, and activity sets, as well as a great assortment of Girl Scout themed merchandise, fun patches, and apparel to help you continue your Girl Scout experience this summer!

We are committed to both our staff and members’ safety and will observe social distancing recommendations by limiting the number of people in each shop, requiring customers and staff to wear facial coverings, and making efforts to deep clean our shops between customers. When you book your appointment to visit the Retail Shop, you will receive an email confirmation including an outline of our in-store efforts as well as requests for you to observe while shopping.

 In addition, retail shops at all locations will continue to offer a contactless curbside pickup and free shipping on orders through July 31st. Both in-store appointments and curbside pickup will be offered at all locations on Monday and Wednesday from 10am-5pm, and Friday from 10am-3pm.

To make an appointment for in-store shopping, or to submit a curbside or mail order, members can call their local Girl Scout Retail Shop below, email shop@nccoastalpines.org , or complete the online order form. Submitted orders will be responded to within 48 business hours, and our Retail Associates will contact you for appointment confirmation, payment, shipping information or a time for a contact-less curbside pickup option.

In the spirit of social distancing, shops prefer to accept credit/debit cards and gift cards/cookie dough as forms of payment for all purchases. GS-NCCP gift cards and cookie dough can only be used within our council and cannot be used for online purchases at girlscoutshop.com. Our associates are happy to work with you to help girls use their cookie dough!

Our Girl Scout Essential Catalog features all girl and adult uniforms components, earned badges, and program material. We also have a new Council-Own Catalog featuring all of the apparel and merchandise you will only find in our GS-NCCP retail shops. Use these to window shop our great assortment of merchandise, and then submit your orders via phone, email, or online order form. On the form, be sure to fill in the name of the item, along with sizes (as determined) and quantities.

We are excited to see our members and are happy welcome you back into our retail shops- whether you take advantage of the in-store appointment-based shopping, curbside pickup, or free shipping, we are excited to serve our members as they continue the great work of Girl Scouting.
