The cookie countdown is ALMOST over, Girl Scouts! The 2021 Girl Scout Cookie Program will take place this Saturday, January 16, through Sunday, March 7. This year will provide Girl Scouts with new opportunities to get creative with their cookie sale techniques and will bring moments of joy to cookie lovers everywhere!
One of the most exciting parts of the Girl Scout Cookie Program is booth sales, where girls can work in a team to reach their troop’s goals and have fun with their Girl Scout sisters. Cookie booths are a great way for girls to learn the 5 Key Skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Troop secured booths will start January 16 and council secured booths begin January 19. Make sure to check out our 2021 Cookie Booth Reference Guide for important information like COVID Guidelines at booths, Smart Cookies details, and more.

Our Golden Ticket contest is back, which rewards Girl Scout troops whose booths follow special rules and guidelines. Council staff members will visit booths throughout the 2021 Cookie Program to hand out Golden Tickets to troops that check all the boxes! If a troop receives a Golden Ticket, they can then enter online for 4 chances to win Girl Scout memberships for 2022 for up to 12 members of their troop. The more tickets a troop earns, the greater their chances for winning.
Be sure your troop has the 5 key components of a cookie booth to qualify for the chance to win a Golden Ticket!
2021 Golden Ticket Booth Requirements
1.Have the appropriate adult to girl ratio. A minimum of two girls and two adults is required for Girl Scout Daisies-Juniors. For Girl Scout Cadettes-Ambassadors, one girl and one adult is allowed.
2. Safety first, Girl Scouts! Everyone should be wearing face masks and be following proper social distancing procedures. See our In-Person Activity Guidance for guidelines.
