The Family Partnership Campaign is a way for Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines to raise critical funds to directly support girls and Girl Scout programming. Contributing to the Family Partnership Campaign provides an opportunity for members of the Girl Scouts family – parents, volunteers, staff, and board members – to say, “I support Girl Scouts, I believe in what we accomplish together, and I appreciate the experiences that Girl Scouting has afforded my girl.”
The truth is, family members love Girl Scouting because they’ve seen what it’s done for the girl in their life. They want girls everywhere to have the same opportunities. By supporting Girl Scouts through the Family Partnership Campaign, we can make sure that every girl can participate, regardless of her background or ability to pay.
100% of the money contributed to the Family Partnership Campaign stays within our council to develop new programs, offer the excitement of getting outdoors, and provide volunteer support and training. Family Partnership gifts help support camps, leadership development opportunities, healthy living initiatives, and science and technology experiences.
Bonus! Troops whose families contribute $200 or more to the Family Partnership Campaign in one program year receive a Family Partnership patch for each girl in the troop. Troops who have already received their patches include:
Troop #1745 – Cumberland County, Area 36
Troop #1806 – Durham County, Area 10

Think about it – just $50 covers the membership dues for more than three girls, $100 provides Girl Scout membership to over six girls in our Community Outreach Program, and $250 will help provide scholarship support for a girl to spend a week at summer camp. The possibilities are endless when our Girl Scout family supports the Family Partnership Campaign!
