From October 29 to November 4, Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines is recognizing and celebrating our donors with Donor Appreciation Week! Thank you for believing in the power of every G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)!  Through your generous support, we continue to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

This year, our donors made a huge impact on the 41-county footprint that Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines serves.

Our year by the numbers:

• Over 26,000 total girls served
• Over 16,000 girls participated in troops
• Nearly 9,000 girls served through outreach programs
• Over 10,000 adult volunteers served
• 2,324 girls and adults from all 41 counties participated in summer resident camp
• 64 girls from underserved households in 24 counties experienced Summer Leadership Camp
• The Girl Scout Mobile Program Vehicle – also referred to as “Daisy” – delivered programming directly to 2,842 girls and 635 adults in 26 counties
