Happy Volunteer Appreciation Month! Every day, our volunteers are helping girls and showing them endless opportunities to become go-getters, innovators, risk-takers, and leaders. That’s why we want to recognize their hard work and show them how much we appreciate all that they do! Here are some fun ways your Girl Scouts can send some love to your local volunteers!
1. Homemade Cards
Who doesn’t love a good homemade card? Let your creativity flow as you make unique personalized cards for your Girl Scout volunteers! Try something new and make these cards with this cool painting technique!
2. Celebrate Good Times (And Volunteers!)
Get your troop together and throw a party to celebrate the hard work of all your Girl Scout volunteers! Check out our Pinterest board for some awesome party ideas and treats 🙂
3. Volunteer Awards
At your next troop meeting, set aside some time to recognize your volunteers. You and your troop can create awards to give out and make your meeting extra special!
4. Tell Your Volunteers How Much You Appreciate Them
One of the simplest and most meaningful ways to let your Girl Scout volunteers know how much their work means to you is to tell them!
How will you show your love for your volunteers, Girl Scouts? We’d love to hear all about it! Share with us in the comments or share your story on our website!
