We all know that the Girl Scout Cookie Program is about so much more than what is in the box– it provides girls with meaningful lessons in financial literacy and memories to last a lifetime! However, that doesn’t mean that what is in the box isn’t incredibly delicious. There is a reason cookie season is truly the sweetest time of year!

Girl Scout Cookies are perfectly amazing on their own, with some milk, cooled in the freezer, or even heated up in the microwave. But did you know that your favorite cookies could also be used to create some incredible desserts?

1. Shortbread Toffee and Chocolate Bark with Toasted Almonds

Classic shortbread cookies plus delicious chocolate bark adds up to some incredible toffee! Shortbread cookies are so versatile and can be used for a number of recipes, but this one is our favorite!

2. Mini Thin Mints® Mocha Ice Cream Sandwiches

Frozen Thin Mints are a fan favorite. Take them to the next level by making your own Thin Mint and coffee ice cream and sandwiching it in the middle of two cookies! For a shortcut, pick up some of your favorite ice cream and do the same thing. Yum!

3. Peanut Butter Sandwich Banana Pudding

Nothing goes better than peanut butter and bananas! If you agree, try making this delicious pudding using Peanut Butter Sandwiches, bananas, and pudding mix!

4.  Touch of Coconut Baklava
